This book examines the current situation of Austrian social partnership in its broader social context in selected fields from different disciplinary perspectives (sociology, political science, legal studies and economics). The main focus is on the responses of the social partners to contemporary social, political, legal and economic challenges such as digitalisation, transnationalisation of value chains, ecological transformation, new forms of employment, labour migration and a reordering of power relations.
